Movement is medicine. Jill Healy-Quintard has been living those three words for 40 years, and after two hip replacements she was back teaching within six weeks.
I sat down with my friend of 22 years to talk about what mojo really means, why she chooses pro-ageing over anti-ageing, and what she says to women in their 40s and 50s who feel like their body has suddenly changed the rules.
We also get into dancing as medicine, where to start when you're too tired to exercise, clean water and reducing your toxic load, and the one daily practice she'd keep if everything else fell away.
Jill is the creator of Body and Balance, the AUSactive 2022 National Yoga Business winner, and a three-time author. She's also one of the most energetic humans I know.
This one's for you if you're feeling depleted, disconnected, or like you've lost your spark.
