What is Hypnotherapy?

Current thinking in psychology agrees that we all have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. Making a change in our attitudes, beliefs and values is not easy for most people to do, because they approach the change consciously. For transformational change to happen, you need to access the subconscious mind where the memories, addictions and phobias reside.

I truly believe we have all the answers within. We often just get so caught up in the conscious mind that it can be hard to access our own internal wisdom. Hypnosis is the process by which a person is guided into a relaxed state where focused attention and intense concentration allow them to enter into a trance where their subconscious can be accessed.
